This French Military Police Rain Coat is a classy garment with durable credentials. With its shoulder cape, at back and front, the rain will not get through. The quilted removable liner also makes the garment a year-round prospect. Although the garment has no hood, the collar is high when folded up and when a suitable beret is worn, the effect is "tres chic".
